EBC Annual BBQ Picnic & Beach Party

The EBC Annual BBQ picnic will take place on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Crandon Park on Key Biscayne this year. 

Ride distance and more details will be posted later. For now plan to choose from of these pace lines:

• 18+ group will get started around 8:30 AM. Route will loop Key Biscayne once and the blast out to Miami Beach and return.
  
• 16-18 group will depart around 8:30 AM. It will take you through a loop of Key Biscayne, then out to Miami Beach and return to Crandon.
  
• 14-16 group will roll out at 8:30 AM. Ride will do two loops of Key Biscayne including Virginia Key
  
• New Beginner/Family ride will roll out at 8:30 AM. This ride will loop Key Biscayne one touring the old Crandon Park Zoo and the Crandon Bike Trail.
• Trail Ride will begin at 9:00 AM and will tour parts of Crandon Park and ride the Crandon Bike Trail.
  

All riders will return to Crandon Park. Cabanas are nearby for a quick clean-up after your ride.  Then there's the food!  We'll have BBQ catered by Sparky's (voted the best new BBQ in Miami and one of the best in America in 2013 by Parade Magazine) with Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Jerk Chicken and Vegetarian Burgers finished off with their famous Banana Cream Pie.  

Our Club meeting will begin after Lunch. We will be presenting the 2016 EBC Snowbird Century charity benefactors "Southeast Florida Alzheimers Association"  with our donation, in support of our community.  It is because of you, EBC members and volunteers, that we have been around since 1976 and is still going strong, supporting our community through cycling.
