EBC Regular Leader-led 14-16 and 16-18 MPH Training Ride (Saturday)

REGULAR SATURDAY MORNING EBC LEADER-LED RIDES:

Group 2 and 3 rides leave at 7:30AM Sharp

Group 1 leaves at 7:00AM Sharp

Group 2: 16-18+ MPH LEADER-LED Ride for Experienced riders who are ready to take the next step to learning more advanced cycling skills like drafting, pace line etiquette at higher speeds, etc.

Group 3: 14-16 MPH LEADER-LED Ride (GREAT ride for newer cyclists). Rider rules for safety, etiquette for riding in teams is reinforced and trained on this ride.

Group 1 also available 18-22+ MPH RIDE BEGINS at 7:00AM LEADER-LED Ride for Advanced riders who are ready to take their riding to the next level and want to enjoy and challenging and safe environment with leader support and ongoing coaching. This 18-22+ MPH leader-led ride group goes out twice a month. Today is Leader-led for the 18+ Group!

Each group is lead by 2 ride leaders minimum, one ride leader in the front leading the group and one in the back sweeping. Our ride leaders are volunteer EBC members who have been certified to lead the EBC rides.
