The EBC club meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM.

*Our June meeting will be held on the 3rd Tuesday!

-    Let's talk Pilates.  Is Pilates for you?   Yes.  Pilates is for every body.  Come learn how Pilates can benefit you with special guest, Shelly Power.  Shelly Power teaches nationally and internationally for Polestar Pilates, administers exams, and conducts Pilates workshops and Polestar Educator trainings worldwide. She is a frequent presenter at international fitness and Pilates conferences.  In her role as Curriculum Director, Shelly brings a unique and fresh approach to the work of Joseph Pilates.  Wear loose comfortable clothing as Shelly will lead us in about 10 minutes of movement!
