EBC Miami Spice Cauley Square in the Redlands 14-16,16-18, 18-20, and 20+ MPH Training Ride (Saturday)

Miami Spice EBC LEADER-LED RIDES:  Cauley Square in the Redlands

All groups will be included in this month's Spice ride.

NOTE START LOCATION AT PONCE MIDDLE SCHOOL THIS WEEK

All groups leave at 7:30AM Sharp

 

Parking is available on Augusto Street and parallel parking on the street in front of the school adjacent to US 1.  Please arrive by 7:20 so you can gather (on the sidewalk as parking is on active streets). Ride routes may be adjusted to accommodate the lost miles.  The ride leaders will keep you posted on Saturday

Group 4:  20+ Ride for the most Advanced riders who perform at more challenging speeds and longer distances. NOTE:  This is a leaderless group.

Group 3: 18-20 Ride for Advanced riders who are ready to take their riding to the next level and want to enjoy and challenging and safe environment with leader support and ongoing coaching.

Group 2: 16-18+ MPH LEADER-LED Ride for Experienced riders who are ready to take the next step to learning more advanced cycling skills like drafting, pace line etiquette at higher speeds, etc.

Group 4: 14-16 MPH LEADER-LED Ride (GREAT ride for newer cyclists). Rider rules for safety, etiquette for riding in teams is reinforced and trained on this ride.

Join EBC This Saturday for a great Miami Spice Ride. ALL cyclists are invited to join us for this round trip ride from PONCE Middle School at 7:20 Meet up and tutorial and 7:30 departure Cauley Square. 

All EBC Leader-Led Rides from 14-16, 16-18, 18-20 and 20+ will be participating in the Spice Ride this Saturday. 14-16, 16-18, 18-20 groups can shorten this route by meeting and beginning this ride at Deering Estates. 

Looking forward to seeing you all this Saturday. Please bring 2 water bottles and a snack as this is a longer ride.
