All New or Prospective Members MUST read the ^ RIDE GUIDE ^ before joining our group rides to understand and follow our ride protocols. 
You will be asked to stay in the back of the group for your first ride with EBC to observe these protocols in action and become familiar with the route.

EBC's 50th Anniversary  Ride & Picnic
Saturday March 21 -  arrival 8 am

Ready for a great ride, BBQ, and celebration?

The 50th Anniversary of the Everglades Bicycle Club will be celebrated on Saturday, March 21st with a Ride starting 
at Bill Baggs State Park at the end of Key Biscayne, traversing thru Virginia Key,
over the William Powell Bridge to the heart of Coconut Grove and back to Bill Baggs State Park Shelter D-18.

After the ride, PIG FLOYD BBQ will be served up featuring brisket, pulled pork, chicken, vegetarian options and sides.
Of course, there will be water, soda, and BEER along with a celebration cake.
It's all FREE for members.

We ask that everyone arrives at the park gates by 8 am when the park officially opens and proceed down the park road
until the very end where you will find Shelter D-18 overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay and iconic Stiltsville.

$8 per car for the park entrance & $1.75 for toll-by-Sunpass or plate for the Rickenbacker Causeway.

There will be only ONE pace group, 16 - 18 mph for a round-trip of 31.5 miles.
We know some of you will be slower up the bridge but we will be sure to wait for you at the bottom, both ways,
to keep the group together.
